📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Items must be free of damage, scratches, or signs of wear.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrived damaged or defective.

🔁 Exchanges

Please note that the size and style are pre-specified, therefore we cannot exchange for another size, as the quantities are limited and the jewelries are unique in size and style.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Package the item securely and ship it back using the label or instructions provided.
